Could a pill replace chemo for some breast cancer patients?

Summary
This study is for postmenopausal women with a common type of breast cancer (hormone receptor positive, HER2 negative) that hasn't spread. It compares the usual chemotherapy before surgery to a combination of two targeted pills (ribociclib and letrozole). The goal is to see if the pills can stop cancer cell growth as well as or better than chemo. About 100 women will take part.
