Can a simple pill switch reduce heart risks after stenting?

Summary
This study looks at whether switching from a standard blood thinner (clopidogrel) to a lower-dose one (prasugrel) can better control blood clotting in heart patients who have both high bleeding and high clotting risks after getting a stent. About 40 adults who have been on dual blood thinners for at least a month will be randomly assigned to either stay on their current medication or switch. The goal is to see which approach leads to better platelet activity levels.
