First seen Nov 11, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This study looks at whether Tai Chi, a gentle mind-body exercise, can improve chronic insomnia in breast cancer survivors. About 90 women who have finished cancer treatment and have had trouble sleeping for at least 6 months will participate. The goal is to see if Tai Chi helps them fall asleep, stay asleep, and feel better during the day, and to understand how it affects the immune system.
