Summary

This study looks at how the drug TAF works in pregnant women with chronic hepatitis B. The goal is to see if it is safe for both mother and baby and if it can reduce the chance of passing the virus to the infant. About 50 women between 20 and 40 years old will take TAF during late pregnancy, and their babies will be tested for hepatitis B after birth.
