Summary
This study tested two drugs—tadalafil and darifenacin—to see which better relieves bladder symptoms and pain caused by ureteric stents. 150 adults who had a stent placed after kidney stone treatment took each drug for three weeks in a crossover design. The goal was to find a more effective and tolerable option for managing these common side effects.
