This study tested two drugs—tadalafil and darifenacin—to see which better relieves bladder symptoms and pain caused by ureteric stents (small tubes placed after kidney stone treatment). 150 adults took each drug for three weeks, with a one-week break in between. Researchers measured changes in urinary symptoms and pain scores, and tracked side effects.
