Summary
This pilot study tests whether a non-invasive technique called transcranial alternating current stimulation (tACS) can improve working memory in 30 adults with mild cognitive impairment or traumatic brain injury. Participants will receive gentle electrical stimulation to the brain while researchers measure memory changes and brain activity using MRI and EEG. The goal is to see if this approach can stabilize or improve memory function.
