Summary

This study tests a drug called ado-trastuzumab emtansine (T-DM1) in adults with advanced solid tumors that have a specific HER2 gene change. The goal is to see how well the drug shrinks or controls the cancer. About 131 people with lung, bladder, or other HER2-related cancers are taking part.
