Smart drug targets HER2 to fight tough cancers

Summary
This study tests a drug called ado-trastuzumab emtansine (T-DM1) in adults with advanced solid tumors that have an abnormal HER2 gene. The drug aims to shrink or control the cancer by targeting HER2. About 131 people with lung, bladder, or other HER2-driven cancers will take part. The main goal is to see how well the drug works against these tumors.
