Summary
This early-phase study tests whether giving a special immune cell treatment after a vaccine and two standard drugs is safe for people with advanced HER2-positive breast cancer. About 28 participants will receive the combination therapy. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the treatment helps shrink tumors or slow the disease.
