Summary

This study aims to understand how systemic sclerosis (scleroderma), a rare and serious autoimmune disease, naturally changes over time. Researchers will follow 500 adult patients for five years, collecting health data and biological samples. The goal is to build a detailed picture of the disease's progression to help guide future research and treatment development.
