Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new drug called SYS6043 in adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread or stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to find the safest dose, understand side effects, and see how the drug moves through the body. Researchers will also look for early signs that the drug might help slow or shrink tumors by targeting a specific protein found on cancer cells.
