Summary
This study compares two surgical sling procedures for stress urinary incontinence (leaking urine with activity) in women aged 60 and older. One uses a synthetic mesh tape, the other uses the patient's own tissue. Researchers will check for new pelvic pain at 6 months and cure rates at 5 years. About 232 participants will be followed for up to 5 years after surgery.
