First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study is looking at blood samples from 1799 people with Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson's, or mental health conditions like depression and schizophrenia. Researchers want to see if certain substances in the blood can help doctors diagnose and manage these diseases more accurately. Participants give blood and undergo cognitive tests; some also have brain scans. The goal is to improve understanding, not to test a new treatment.
