First seen Dec 08, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study tests whether having dialysis patients regularly report their symptoms on a tablet, with nurses and doctors following up, can reduce discomfort and improve quality of life. About 2,400 adults on hemodialysis at up to 36 U.S. clinics will take part. Half will use the new symptom monitoring system for 12 months, while the other half will receive usual care.
