First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tests a new two-drug combination for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has worsened after standard treatments like chemotherapy and immunotherapy. The drugs, SX-682 and atezolizumab, work together to help the immune system attack cancer cells. About 32 adults will participate to see if this approach can shrink tumors or slow the disease.
