Breast cancer study tests switching targeted drug combos after treatment fails

Summary
This study looks at people with advanced HER2-positive breast cancer whose first treatment stops working. It compares two different targeted therapy combinations to see which works better when switched. About 600 participants will be followed to track how long the cancer stays controlled and overall survival.
