Summary
This study looks at how different ways of processing sweet corn change its effect on blood sugar. About 45 healthy adults will eat sweet corn or drink a sugar solution on different mornings and have their blood sugar measured. The goal is to learn which corn products are better for blood sugar control and how full people feel after eating them.
