Summary
This study tests a special guide (Swedish Palliative Care Guide) to help nursing home staff provide better care for older adults, including those with dementia. The goal is to make sure residents and their families feel informed and secure about future care. About 400 people living in nursing homes will take part, and researchers will look at how well the guide works.
