Summary

This study compares a new pain medicine called Suzetrigine to standard opioid painkillers for people recovering from ACL knee surgery. The goal is to see if Suzetrigine can provide similar pain relief while reducing the need for opioids and their side effects. About 140 participants will take one of the two pain regimens and report their pain, opioid use, and side effects daily for a week.
