New Stitch-Free drain holder aims to ease Post-Surgery pain

Summary
This study compares a new no-stitch drain holder (K-LOCK) to the usual stitch method in 140 adults having plastic surgery. The goal is to see if the new device improves patient satisfaction and reduces problems like pain or emergency visits. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two methods.
