Summary

This study compares two common treatments for stage I non-small cell lung cancer: surgery and stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT). About 446 patients will report their quality of life and symptoms for up to 3 years after treatment. The goal is to see which approach offers better survival and daily well-being.
