Summary
This study is for women under 39 with advanced endometriosis (stage III-IV) who want to get pregnant. It compares two approaches: having surgery to remove endometriosis lesions before trying IVF, versus going straight to IVF without surgery. The goal is to see which path leads to more live births over three years. The results will help doctors and patients make better treatment decisions.
