Summary
This study compares two surgical procedures to treat ulnar neuropathy at the elbow, a condition that causes numbness, tingling, or weakness in the hand and arm. Researchers will enroll 378 adults to find out which surgery provides better symptom relief and recovery. Participants will be followed over time using hand function questionnaires.
