Which elbow surgery works best? major trial aims to find out

Summary

This study compares two common surgical procedures for ulnar neuropathy at the elbow, a condition that causes numbness, tingling, or weakness in the hand. About 378 adults with confirmed ulnar nerve issues will be randomly assigned to one of two surgeries. Researchers will track hand function and pain over time to determine which approach provides better symptom relief.
