Summary
This study looks at whether four one-hour coaching sessions with a psycho-oncologist can help doctors and nurses who treat cancer patients. The goal is to improve how they communicate with patients and handle difficult emotions. The study will involve 62 oncology and hematology clinicians. It aims to see if this short, focused coaching can make them feel better at work and improve their relationships with patients.
