Summary

This study looks at whether four one-hour coaching sessions with a psycho-oncologist can help doctors and nurses who treat cancer patients. The goal is to improve how they communicate with patients and handle their own stress. The study will involve 62 physicians and nurses from oncology and hematology departments.
