NCT ID NCT05739864

First seen Apr 14, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study tests whether fecal transplants from specially selected 'superdonors' can help people with mild-to-moderate ulcerative colitis achieve remission. About 42 adults with a recent diagnosis will receive either a superdonor transplant or a placebo via colonoscopy and capsules. The main goal is to see if more patients are in remission 8 weeks after treatment.
