First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study tests a mobile app called SUPERAGING that provides personalized exercise, brain games, nutrition tips, and health management for frail or pre-frail adults aged 60-90. The goal is to see if the app is easy to use and safe, not yet to prove it works. About 40 participants will use the app for 16 weeks, and researchers will track how many stick with it.
