Summary
This study tests a mobile app called SUPERAGING that gives frail or pre-frail adults aged 60-90 personalized exercise, brain games, nutrition tips, and health management. The main goal is to see if people will use the app regularly and find it safe. About 40 participants will use the app for 16 weeks, and researchers will track how many stick with it and whether frailty symptoms improve.
