Summary
This study looks at whether spending time in sunlight can improve sleep problems in people with Alzheimer's disease. Sixty participants will answer sleep questionnaires, receive sunlight therapy, and have their sleep recorded for two weeks. The goal is to see if this simple, natural approach can ease sleep issues like trouble falling asleep or waking up at night.
