Summary
This study looked at whether eating sunflower seeds every day can help lower cholesterol in adults with high cholesterol. 28 men aged 40-50 with high cholesterol ate a set amount of sunflower seeds for 45 days. Their cholesterol levels were measured before and after to see if the seeds made a difference.
