Summary
This study looks at whether Sun Tai Chi, a gentle exercise, can improve mental health (stress, anxiety, depression) and heart function in university students aged 18 to 29. About 56 students with mild to severe mental health symptoms will take Tai Chi classes or be in a control group. Researchers will measure changes in stress levels, heart rate patterns, and fitness to see if Tai Chi is a helpful, safe option for student well-being.
