Summary
This study looks at whether Sun Tai Chi, a gentle exercise, can improve mental health (stress, anxiety, depression) and heart function in university students aged 18-29. About 56 students with mild to severe mental health symptoms will take Tai Chi classes or be in a control group. The goal is to see if this safe, low-impact activity offers real benefits for both mind and body.
