Summary
This study looks at whether a longer course of talk therapy helps Veterans who have been hospitalized for suicide risk. About 136 Veterans will be randomly assigned to one of two therapy programs and followed for a year. Researchers will also use brain scans to see if changes in the brain can predict or reflect improvements in suicide risk.
