Summary
This study looked at how often brief check-ins (like phone calls or texts) should happen to help prevent suicide in people leaving psychiatric hospitals. About 500 patients in Shenzhen, China, took part and were followed for a year. The goal was to find the best schedule for these check-ins and see if they really help reduce suicidal thoughts.
