Inclusion Criteria: * Any adult patient consulting at the psychiatrist's office during the recruitment period (regardless of the reason for consultation) and who has provided consent to participate in this study. Exclusion Criteria: * Minor patient or refusal to participate in the study. * Patient who has already completed the self-questionnaires previously (e.g., second consultation within the same week). * Patient unable to understand or complete the self-questionnaires (due to cognitive impairment or insufficient understanding of the French language).
