Summary
This study looks at whether a drug called sugammadex can help adults feel less confused and agitated when waking up from nasal surgery. About 486 people having procedures like septoplasty or sinus surgery will be watched. The goal is to see if this drug leads to a calmer recovery compared to the usual approach.
