This study looked at 50 people who had jaw surgery to fix facial deformities. Researchers compared two surgical methods—subspinal Le Fort and conventional Le Fort I—to see which one led to better nose and lip appearance and less swelling after surgery. The goal was to find the technique that gives the best aesthetic results and helps patients recover faster.
