First seen May 15, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study looks at whether certain DNA changes in saliva can help doctors diagnose oral cancer more accurately. Researchers will collect saliva from 30 patients with oral cancer and 30 healthy people, then compare the DNA markers before and after surgery. The goal is to create a simple, non-invasive test that could catch the disease earlier and improve treatment decisions.
