New injection therapy STX-001 targets Hard-to-Treat tumors

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new drug called STX-001, given as an injection directly into tumors, for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to other treatments. The study will also test STX-001 combined with the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if the drug can shrink tumors.
