Summary
This early-stage study in 24 healthy adults aims to understand how different versions of the experimental medicine PF-08049820 are absorbed and cleared from the body. Participants will take the medicine under various conditions—with or without food, and with or without a stomach-acid-reducing drug called rabeprazole. The results will help guide future dosing and formulation decisions, but the study is not intended to treat any disease.
