Summary

This study tests whether taking activated bamboo charcoal and probiotics can reduce inflammation and slow the progression of chronic kidney disease in people with diabetes. About 300 participants with different stages of kidney disease will be randomly assigned to receive the supplements at different times over 12 months. The goal is to see if these treatments can help preserve kidney function and improve health outcomes.
