Summary
This study tests a school-based program called Strong Teens for Healthy Schools that empowers middle school students to improve their physical activity and healthy eating. About 500 students from diverse backgrounds will participate to see if the program reduces metabolic syndrome risk factors like high blood pressure and blood sugar. The goal is to help teens build lifelong healthy habits and create positive changes in their school environment.
