Summary
This study tests whether a year-long program combining blueberries, extra protein, and exercise can reduce frailty and lower heart disease risk in older adults. Researchers will enroll 240 people aged 65 and older who are willing to exercise. The goal is to see if this lifestyle approach can help people age more healthfully by improving fitness, reducing inflammation, and supporting heart function.
