First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This study tested a wearable device that uses mild electrical pulses to help people who had a stroke walk better. Ten participants walked with and without the device to see if it improved their speed and how evenly they pushed off with their weaker leg. The goal was to learn how to design better rehab tools for restoring walking after a stroke.
