Summary
This study tested a gentle, non-invasive brain stimulation method called tACS in 20 stroke survivors who had hand and arm weakness. The goal was to see if it could strengthen connections between brain areas involved in movement. Researchers measured brain activity and hand movements to compare real stimulation versus a placebo.
