Summary

This observational study is testing whether a new digital imaging analysis can more accurately predict stroke risk in 400 adults with narrowed brain arteries (50-99% blockage). Participants undergo standard angiography, and researchers use a computer method to measure blood flow impairment. They will be followed for one year to see who has a stroke or related death, comparing the new method to traditional measurements.
