Summary
This study follows 1,000 stroke survivors and their caregivers to learn how social factors like income, housing, and discrimination impact recovery. Researchers will survey participants over time to identify which outcomes matter most to them. The goal is to understand why some groups, especially African American and Latino individuals, may have worse recovery than others.
