Summary
This study follows 1,000 stroke survivors and their caregivers over time to understand what matters most to them after a stroke. Researchers will use surveys to track recovery and see how social factors like income, housing, and experiences of discrimination affect long-term outcomes. The goal is to identify differences between racial and ethnic groups to help make stroke care more equitable.
